Key Responsibilities

• • Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in-demand products.

• • Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.

• • Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.

• • Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.

• • Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.

• • Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.

Requirements

• • Must have strong English skills.

• • Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and cloud-based tools (Google Drive).

• • Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions.

• • Critical thinker who enjoys evaluating supplier responses, pricing, and timelines.

• • Independent and proactive in following up, problem-solving, and escalating delays.

• • Team player who communicates clearly and keeps things moving without needing close supervision.

Working Schedule

• • Probation period: Monday - Friday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM

• • Official Period: Monday - Saturday | 9:00AM - 6:00PM (One Saturday off / month)
