What You'll Do

• 1. Supplier Management & Product Sourcing

• • Analyze supplier offers to identify cost-effective and high-potential products.

• • Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines with suppliers to ensure optimal margins.

• • Maintain and strengthen long-term supplier relationships for stable collaboration.

• 2. Order & Stock Management

• • Place and track purchase orders to maintain a healthy and timely product flow.

• • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.

• • Keep records of purchase orders and supplier transactions for tracking and reporting.

• 3. Issue Handling

• • Resolve order discrepancies or shipment issues with suppliers and relevant platforms.

• • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick, practical solutions when issues arise.

Who We're Looking For

• • Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

• • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Drive.

• • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management ability.

• • Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Working Hours & Probation

• • Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 5 days/week (on-site).

• • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days/week (on-site).

• • Probation Period: Up to 2 months, during which both sides assess fit.
