Monthly Salary Range

What You'll Do

• • Process and structure data: Clean, format, filter, sort, and standardize supplier price lists: accurate data, calculations, formulas

• • Turn documents into data: Convert PDF invoices and proformas into usable tables

• • Screen sourcing opportunities: Analyze supplier price lists, perform COG and margin checks, and identify profitable products for the Product Sourcing team

• • Prepare bulk listing files: Build and validate Amazon flat files to support efficient product uploads.

• • Operate automation tools: Run, troubleshoot, and optimize the scripts and automation tools developed by the IT team.

• • Build reports: Extract data from Seller Central and Sellerboard to maintain dashboards and support business decisions.

• • Support the database: Import, export, and maintain data while working with the IT team to improve system usage and data quality.

• • Keep sourcing moving: Coordinate with the Product Sourcing team and stakeholders, to keep sourcing activities on schedule.

Who We're Looking For

• • Comfortable in using English

• • Open to fresh graduates / junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

• • Comfortable running scripts and automation tools (Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, Google Colab)

• • Willing to use AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

• • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset, with the ability to maintain data accuracy and prevent errors.

• • Basic scripting knowledge (reading, modifying, or writing simple scripts) is a plus

Working Schedule

• • Probation period: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (on-site)
