What You’ll Do

Creator Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • • Recruit and onboard creators, managing relationships from first contact through ongoing collaboration
  • • Brief creators clearly on creative direction, brand story, USPs, and actionable feedback to ensure content aligns with our quality standards and creative direction
  • • Study top-performing content, trends, and customer behavior to identify winning content angles, hooks, and creative directions

Performance & Growth

  • • Track content against the metrics that matter: GMV, conversion, and sales impact—not just vanity metrics
  • • Scale winning content through paid amplification (Spark Ads, GMV Max) and continuously optimize content performance across TikTok
  • • Leverage AI and modern creative tools as part of your regular workflow to move faster than manual production allows

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective planning, execution, and progress reporting
  • • Align with the CEO and COO on priorities, growth opportunities, and business results

Who We’re Looking For

  • • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer coordination, content production, social media, or e-commerce 

  • • Fluent in English - you'll be working directly with international creators

  • • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the energy to build relationships with creators

  • • Sharp eye for content with strong analytical and organizational skills

  • • Comfortable working with performance metrics and using data to improve content and creator performance

  • • Resilient, self-driven, consistent, and genuinely motivated by results
