What You’ll Do

Account Health & Compliance (30%)

• • Monitor account health: Track performance notifications, refunds, and Voice of the Customer, and resolve issues through Seller Support.
• • Manage compliance: Maintain account verification, Brand Registry, and product compliance documentation.
  

Catalog & Marketplace Operations (30%)

• • Manage listings: Create, optimize, and maintain listings, upload flat files, resolve suppressed or stranded listings, and manage variations across marketplaces.
• • Manage pricing & promotions: Monitor pricing and Buy Box performance, resolve pricing issues, and launch coupons and deals.
  

Inventory & Business Performance (30%)

• • Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels, identify restock risks, and handle unsellable inventory and removals.
• • Monitor market performance: Track competitor activity, identify opportunities, and support A/B testing by setting up experiments and monitoring results.

Reporting & Process Improvement (10%)

• • Prepare operational reports: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports across sales, revenue, PPC, and account performance to support business decisions.
• • Maintain SOPs: Create and update standard operating procedures as processes and marketplaces evolve.

Who We’re Looking For

• • Open to fresh graduates / junior candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

• • Proficiency in English is required (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+)

• • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, account management, or eCommerce operations is a plus

• • Comfortable working with data and using Google Sheets / Excel.

• • Reliable and accountable, you take ownership and deliver work on time.

• • Honest and transparent in your communication.

• • Probation Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Friday (on-site)
• • Official Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday - Saturday (on-site)
• • Probation Period: 2 months
